All existing workloads remained unaffected throughout the duration of this incident.

Identified
The API and UI for both console.sharonai.cloud and enterprise.sharonai.cloud are offline. Existing running workloads are entirely unaffected and operating normally.
Users attempting to access the console, issue API requests, or modify resources will encounter the following error:

We have isolated the issue causing the read-only state. Engineering is actively applying a fix to restore full write capability to the control plane.
